Composition of hot running-in bench equipment The main equipment of
the hot-running-in bench is composed of the bench body, hot test tray, pallet rapid positioning and pressing device, pallet transfer mechanism, lifting and conveying roller table, cooling water supply, return system, fuel supply and recovery system, exhaust system rapid docking, pneumatic control system, data measurement collection and display system, data communication system, PLC electrical control system, etc.
The bench body is composed of a base plate, a frame, a tray guide, etc. The height of the butt roller table is consistent with the hot test line body, and the bench body has the ability to suppress vibration, prevent noise, and have sufficient rigidity and strength. The bottom plate is welded by integral steel plate and reinforced reinforcement at the bottom, and is tempered to relieve stress.
The main functions of the bottom plate are: installing pallet guides, stretching mechanisms, pressing mechanisms, starting devices, and smoke exhaust quick coupling devices. According to the load of the bench, a shockproof shock absorber is installed between the bottom plate and the foundation, and the bottom plate is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust surface.
Shock absorbing pads should be provided on the position of the engine hot test tray bracket to reduce engine vibration and its noise.
After all water supply and fuel are fixed on the bench body through hard pipes, and then connected to the engine through hoses to speed up the coupling, the hose needs to be temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant hoses.
