Fuel constant temperature system

Closed-cycle oil and water exchange system is adopted, the system is composed of temperature sensor, temperature control valve, hose, manual ball valve, heat exchanger, pressure regulator, etc., and the heat exchanger should adopt plate heat exchanger. The temperature control valve should use the inlet flow control valve (electric/pneumatic control valve). Cold water comes from cooling water, if heated if required. Hot water comes from engine circulating water or internal tank heating. In order to avoid the influence of engine oil return bubbles on fuel consumption measurement, the system pipeline should be equipped with automatic bleed valve. The automatic temperature control valve directly controls the flow of cooling water to control the engine inlet oil temperature. To ensure that the fuel temperature is controlled at 40±2C°, the system must be equipped with an oil return vent. The front end of the oil inlet and return pipe is equipped with a transparent hose of good quality. It is easy to observe whether there are air bubbles in the system. If necessary, the flow meter can be integrated into the system, which is more convenient for users.
Other indicators of the control system are as follows:
Temperature adjustment range 28°C-48°C;
Temperature control accuracy: 40±2°C;
Response time ≤ 50 seconds for variable working conditions;
Operating pressure range: 0-0.6MPa.
